Jenny Pattinson is the CEO of Nightingale Hammerson, a Charity that provides Residential, Nursing, Dementia and end of life care to over 250 people across their two Nursing Homes in London. With 15 years’ leadership experience in Adult Social Care, 11 of which were at a senior level with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the Health and Social Care Regulator, Jenny is passionate about ensuring every person living in Care Homes experience the best quality of life possible. Jenny represents Nightingale Hammerson on the Board of Care England.

Jenny is also an elected Councillor and Cabinet Member at Watford Borough Council, responsible for the Housing and Well-being Portfolio. She chairs the steering group for Dementia Friendly Watford, the Health and Well-Being Forum. Jenny sits on the boards of Watford Citizens Advice Bureau and Watford Community Housing and is Co-Chair of Governors at her local infant school.
