The Great British Care Awards are regional events highlighting excellence across the care sector. The Northwest event for 2021 was held at the Kimpton Clocktower in Manchester: A beautiful venue for a fantastic event.
Bowfell House was delighted to have six nominations across five categories in our regional final, having been shortlisted for:
- Care Home Care Worker
- Care Home Registered Manager
- Newcomer to Care
- Frontline leader
- Care team in a care home
The whole evening was a brilliant success. The supportive, compassionate people in attendance helped create an electric atmosphere filled with music, great food and a celebration of the wonderful people who work in social care.
The night was topped off for us when one of our team, Panos Stavropoulos won his category of Newcomer to Care. He now rightly takes his place at the Regional Finals at the NEC in March, and we can’t wait to support him on this journey and celebrate his transition into care work.
